Citizenship classes are offered Friday mornings at the Adult Learning Center and Wednesday evenings at Cloonan School. The class covers the information needed to successfully pass the exam to become a United States citizen. The curriculum includes history, government and how to apply for the exam. The 100 questions that the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) uses to select questions for an applicant are reviewed. This program is free to residents of Stamford, Darien and New Canaan.
